Anxiety-Isaiah 41:10
"Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

The False Promises of Anxiety
Anxiety is often defined as excessive worry and fear of the unknown and/or everyday situations. Most people have struggled with some level of anxiety in their lifetime. I believe what happens is being worried about something provides a false sense of control. You step into the dance of fear, and think the more you worry, the better equipped you will be to handle what you are afraid of.

In our sessions, we will identify how anxiety is misleading you and how your trust is misplaced in your own capability to figure things out. You will learn skills and techniques not to manage anxiety, but to free yourself from its' deception. You will break free from old thought patterns and find a new way to surrender your need to know the outcome. You will also learn and practice mindfulness strategies that will help you stay focused on the present. Relaxation will be your new dance.

The promise of God's care is far more superior than the grip anxiety has over you. Let's break free.
“Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.”
~Charles Spurgeon
